Membership with Yilli Housing
Yilli Housing membership is governed by the CATSI Act and our Rule Book.To be eligible for membership, you must:
Be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
Be 18 years of age or older
Reside permanently within 250 km of the Darwin GPO
Not be a current applicant or employee of Yilli Housing, and not have been employed by Yilli in the past five years
If you meet the above criteria and are interested in becoming a member, please read the membership documents and complete the application form.
SCRC membership consists of at least three members: at least one independent expert advisor (must not be a member, Director or employee of Yilli), and two Yilli directors.
SCRC main purpose is to provide advice and recommendations to the Board by evaluating, analysing and improving the effectiveness of financial management, risk management, internal controls and governance processes.
Yilli Housing is led by a volunteer Board of Directors. All Directors have been through the skills matrix process and selected for their diverse skills, knowledge, ability and commitment to assisting the community. Our governance is monitored by the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC).

Join Our Resident Advisory Committee (RAC)
The Resident Advisory Committee (RAC) gives tenants and residents a voice in shaping Yilli Housing services. By joining, you can share your ideas, raise concerns, and work with us to improve housing and community outcomes.
